Customer photo review of Kendo Glasses Frame

Nice glasses, easy fit in the Bogu Men. The part that supports them on the nose is a little bit stiff and hard, but they are good for training.

Very good fast service from kendostar. My order was received almost 7 days after I ordered it, better than the nz postal service!

Kendo Glasses Frame

Doesn't fit well, as I have a narrow Men. The pressure on my nose makes it impossible to use for long periods of time. I'll stick to the contact lenses for Kendo and use these glasses for other sports.

Sadly having difficulties keeping them in place I wished I could finally be free from having to use contact lenses during Kendo, but alas, these glasses are not the solution I have been looking for. My biggest problem is that when I wear them under the men, they often move. I've tried adjusting the strings many many times, making them tighter, making them looser, etc.. but if I move too abruptly or I get a strong men hit or a bit of a rough taiatari, the glasses can move in a number of ways. The most common problem I get is that one side is suddenly closer to my eye than the other. Once that happens, I basically have to interrupt the practice immediately to fix it, or else get nauseous very quickly (lopsided glasses + moving very quickly = severe motion sickness). The good news is, that I can typically fix them without having to take off the men, by pulling at the rubber-band at the back of my head. I'm still glad I bought them, and I use them for regular practice (if only because of how much I paid for frame+glasses) or as a backup in case a contact fell out, but I would not recommend wearing these to a competition or seminar.
