Fits perfectly, and fulfils its purpose

Half tabi I am very satisfied with the product. It really helps to overcome some periods with blisters or pass through a 1-2 days intensive seminar (especially if a floor surface has some gaps). I have a US 10 shoe size and half-tabi XL size fits just perfectly.

Extremely useful Works really well to protect the bottom of your foot and to add cushioning. Defiantly recommend!!

Very useful It's a fantastic equipment. Very useful for protecting sole, it's strong, soft and comfortable.

Train while recovering... Admittedly, I am somewhat of a "tenderfoot" and kendo has certainly been toughening up my feet. However, after two days of all-day seminar and three of keiko, my feet were pretty torn up. These half-tabi are a life-saver; I still hunger to train and these allow me to continue my normal keiko schedule while my feet heal. Great product and service! Thanks again, KendoStar!

No more blisters Fits well and has saved my feet from blisters. I only use it when I feel a blister starting as I'm trying to toughen up the ball of my left foot. A most useful piece of protective gear.

Half tabi Absolutely brilliant. I was dubious over the sizing but they fit perfectly. Obviously no substitute for real bare foot kendo. However great for a freezing cold dojo in winter and training at work on a tiled floor in the engine house. Highly recommend

Stop Blisters! If you're experiencing blisters and sore feet the Half Tabi are for you. Be sure to measure your foot as per the instructions. Size was correct but I have wide feet so a little snug. Lovely quality and fast shipping that we've come to expect from KS. Excellent!

Excellent quality! I just received my tabi in the mail, and I am more than happy with them. The material and craftmanship is excellent quality. Having wide feet, the initial fit is quite tight, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. I am hoping it stretches out in time. The important thing is that they protect my feet!

Fantastic Einfach nur toll! Ich liebe diese Fuss-Schützer. Meine Füsse sind immer hornhautfrei, Frau muss gepflegte Füsse haben, und echt empfindlich. Ruck-zuck gibt es eine Blase unter dem großen Zeh, die Haut ist weg und das Training wird schmerzhaft. Mit diesem Schutz passiert das alles nicht. Der Fuss ist save und ich kann mich um die wichtigen Dinge im Training kümmern. Außerdem hoffe ich, dass in der nun kommenden kalten Jahreszeit, mit viel Lüften wegen Corona, die Füße nicht so kalt werden ;-)

Excelent protector It fits like a glove. It ofers excelent protection and it seems to be made of high quality material. I bought one for my right foot and it has the perfect amount of "slip" needed for your right foot.

Fantastic! Initially I bought it in case of injury, but I tried and it helps more than a simple protector. The leather slips a little bit, and for this reason, you must perform correctly the fumikomi, in fact, it is helping me to have the feeling of the correct movement (and reduce my right foot pain).

Good fit I'm a UK 7.5 G fitting (wide) and bought the L size. The fit is OK but couldn't be any smaller (for width or toes). As always, fantastic customer service from Andy and Joseph!

Good This is a really good protector. Handy when you need to continue training despite of blisters. I do not like the strap appearance. In my opinion it should be less visible but that's a matter of taste.

The best quality El protector es perfecto, de origen japonés por lo que las tallas son un poco pequeña, en mi caso utilizo un 46 EU y la talla XL, entra pero aprieta un poco, las costuras internas pueden ser un poco molestas al principio, una vez te acostumbras realiza su función perfectamente, tiene apariencia de durar muchos años. ------------------------------------------------ The protector is perfect, of Japanese origin so the sizes are a bit small, in my case I use a 46 EU and the size XL, enter but tighten a little, the internal seams can be a bit annoying at the beginning, once you you usually perform its function perfectly, it has the appearance of lasting many years.

Really helps with training This is fantastic, the lethrer soles are far better then the canvas ones. And the best thing about this is that I can continue training even when I have a very painful blister (because of this I managed to train with an infected blister ) I only use them when injured and I always advise people to have one just in case of injury at a really unfortunate time (just before competition / during a seminar)
