Necessary When I bought my shinai, i didn’t add the tsuba. Then I went to dojo later on and being told I was not allowed use my shinai without it. So I purchased this separately. Next time I would just bought shinai with tsuba together.

One Size Fits All Very satisfying tsuba. It's really annoying to have to sort through a pile and find the exact right one for that particular shinai. Much nicer to just have some extra large ones and pop them on whatever shinai you feel like.

Very huge size of tsuba but tsubadome not as huge. If you have a shinai that has none of the standard tsuba size fitting, you may try out this one. It fits in the large shinai of mine perfectly. Tsubadome could be larger to fit in slightly easier though.
