KendoStar Shipping Policy

After listening to customer feedback, we updated our shipping policy to make KendoStar products more accessible, more affordable, and easier to order internationally.

Free International Shipping on Orders Over £125

As of 1st April 2024, we offer free international shipping on all orders over £125 GBP, approximately $160 USD or €150 EUR. For most countries, we also pay the import fees, customs charges, and taxes on qualifying orders, meaning you pay only the price shown on screen.

Orders Over £125

Free international shipping is applied automatically on qualifying orders.

Import Costs Paid

For most countries, KendoStar pays the import fees, customs charges, and taxes on qualifying orders.

Orders Under £125

Orders below the threshold will be offered a choice of shipping methods, from economy options to express courier delivery.

United Kingdom Orders

  • All UK orders continue to receive free shipping
    Free shipping applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, regardless of order value.
  • No UK import costs
    Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are not subject to import costs, and prices are displayed including VAT.

Important Shipping Notes

  • APO and US Military overseas addresses
    We are currently unable to ship to APO or US Military overseas addresses. Please provide a local delivery address in the country where you are located.
  • Multiple orders to the same address
    Under this policy, we reserve the right to ship multiple orders to the same shipping address in a single shipment.
  • Orders cannot be split into separate shipments
    Under this policy, items ordered together in a single order must be shipped together. We are not able to split one order into multiple separate shipments. If you need items to be shipped separately, please place them as separate orders and contact us to let us know.
  • Countries excluded from import costs paid service
    Some countries cannot currently be serviced with import costs paid by KendoStar. Orders to these destinations may still be possible, but import fees, customs charges, or taxes may be payable by the customer.
