I bought this set for my 5yr old son who will start next season, it's slightly too big for now but he will outgrow it quickly. It's a much better quality than what I expected ! It looks overall much better than most beginner set I saw, especially the hakama. I was very surprised of the quality considering it's a kid set. Great product !

Good looking! Overall i love it! dogi feels so good to skin during hard keiko but not sure about the hakama. Its color is very different from what you usually see in Kendo, so you got two different colors on your kendo gi, which is not bad finally. I choose embrodery, still think is quite expensive but looks beautiful, so sorry i couldn't wore it on my last Kendo exam because of this. Didn't know it isn't allowed to wear hakamas with any kind of mark.
