(D) Wrist joint ➝ tip of middle finger

Measure from the wrist crease to the tip of the middle finger on your dominant hand.

(E) Slight diagonal around knuckles & palm

Wrap the tape on a slight diagonal around the widest part of the hand, across the knuckles and palm.

(F) Palm circumference — fingers & thumb closed

Close fingers and thumb gently together and measure the full circumference of the palm.
