(A) Chin tip ➝ crown (front of ears)

Mouth closed; tape fairly tight (not squeezing). Hold position while a helper reads.

(B) Forehead circumference

Measure at the widest point (hat line), above ears and eyebrows.

Have someone assist for best accuracy.

(D) Wrist joint ➝ tip of middle finger

(E) Around knuckles & palm (diagonal)

(F) Palm circumference (closed hand)
