Check out this awesome video of Naoki Eiga Sensei (Kyoshi 8 Dan) running a Shidō-Geiko (“teaching practice”) session with high-school Kendoka. Shidō-Geiko lets juniors rotate through continuous keiko with the teacher for rapid feedback and improvement.
