That was brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed it and did my best to follow on as best as poss as I have sore knee’s, I will share this video with the students that I train with just to follow up for them on the basic’s of Kendo and to show them that we are on the right track and that what we are striving for is in the same direction as what you have taught us all.
