This video is from a 6th and 7th Dan grading in Fukuoka, in 2018. What was particularly special about this Shinsa, was the presence of the multiple All Japan Champions - Hidehisa Nishimura.
He was taking his 6th Dan exam, and already there is footage of his test. According to the video's description, Nishimura Sensei passed the exam, and this was his first attempt testing for 6th Dan - he is applicant 101B and starts on the right-hand side of the screen for both of his matches :
