The late Masashi Chiba Sensei is one of the most inspirational Kendoka of the modern age. A multiple All Japan Champion, he was known for his dominating Jodan no Kamae, from which he would make explosive, and decisive attacks.
In this video, we are treated to two of his classic matches, first with Terada Sensei from Ibaraki, and the second with Ishibashi Sensei from Fukuoka. Hope you enjoy:
