Customer photo review of 'VANGUARD' Extra Protective KendoStar Men

Second time with this model. First one lasted for years and is still usable. My workhorse men but that’s a reflection of its quality and usability as it gets used more often than other more expensive men I have.

The material is soft, top part is extra thick for protection and the size is perfect. Can’t wait to start wearing this during practice! Thank you

Customer photo review of *SPECIAL OFFER* - Original ’VANGUARD’ Extra Protective KendoStar Bogu Set

Completely in love with my new Bogu set because it offers a new Kendo experience to me, in any part of the training. It’s good quality by great pricing and it fits like a glove. Also the service is outstanding: Andy Fisher and the Kendostar team answered all my questions in very kind and helpful manner and after my order, the equipment was shipped in no time (4 working days from UK to Germany). My Kendo supplier number one and definitely recommended to everyone!

Customer photo review of *SPECIAL OFFER* - Original ’VANGUARD’ Extra Protective KendoStar Bogu Set

This was my first bogu set. I got it around Christmas, but waited a bit before posting a review. It's a very high quality set and it's been very good as a first set, because I feel no pain from strikes and it's not too heavy, therefore I can move freely in it. I highly recommend this set for any beginner like me, you won't be dissapointed!

Customer photo review of *SPECIAL OFFER* - Original ’VANGUARD’ Extra Protective KendoStar Bogu Set

My bogu experiences have always been with rental gear, after just one practice with my new Kendostar bogu I felt I had more mobility, and protection along with feeling lighter than my old rental set. The Nishi Ji Gold is a brilliant color, photos didn’t do it justice, it has a beautiful gradient when the light hits it. I didn’t feel any pain when I received men and kote strikes. The removable kote pad was amazing as I felt ZERO pain, that was a first for me. With this set I feel I can remove all fear of painful strikes!

*SPECIAL OFFER* - Original ’VANGUARD’ Extra Protective KendoStar Bogu Set

Amazing team, amazing product, this is a company who really takes pride in their work(no glaze). Ezgi from kendostar really helped me with my order when I forgot to add an item, he managed to ship the item with my bogu to avoid the extra shipping cost I would’ve had to pay, it would have been easy to just say no and save the hassle of helping but he did anyway. Would recommend

[EXTRA 15% OFF AT CHECKOUT] - Original ’VANGUARD’ Extra Protective KendoStar Bogu Set

Absolutely brilliant bogu, and a perfect fit thanks to the great, clear instructions. In 5 years of practice spread over many decades, I think this might be the first men and kote that actually fit me correctly! I also love the use of varying stitch densities to get more padding out of the futon, and the 45-degree stitching on the men is top-knotch and a great feature. The difference between this and competitors in the same price range is remarkable. Highly recommended!

[EXTRA 15% OFF AT CHECKOUT] - Original ’VANGUARD’ Extra Protective KendoStar Bogu Set

Upgraded from a budget men, the feel fit and comfort is a massive upgrade, and when sparring or acting as motodachi, I barely felt strikes that would have been painful in my old men. Just wonderful!

'VANGUARD' Extra Protective KendoStar Men

Delivered quickly, in true KendoStar fashion. I am often acting as motodachi so the extra protection is welcome. Just received this men and have only worn once, but the sizing and immediate comfort give me confidence that this men will only get more comfortable as the shape gets broken in.

'VANGUARD' Extra Protective KendoStar Men

I gave my order in the night, I assume they open around 08:00. My shipment was ready at 11:00. Increadibly fast delivery. And I received it in just 3 days. This is my first bogu and before buying I've made a good search for almost 2 weeks, every seller, ever set, everything. If you have enough budget just buy it you dont need to think too much like me. Its super good quality, a solid stucture.
