Frequently asked questions

How do I join?

Membership is free. Create a KendoStar account, or sign in to the one you already have, and you can start earning straight away. Your balance and rewards are shown at the top of this page whenever you are signed in.

How do I earn points?

You earn 5 points for every £1 you spend. On top of that, there are points for reviewing a product, referring a friend, adding your birthday, following us on Instagram and Facebook, and visiting the store. Every way to earn, and what each is worth, is listed under Earn points above.

Why are some of my points pending?

Points from an order are added as pending as soon as you place it, and become available to spend once the order is approved. Pending points are shown next to your balance. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points for it are removed.

What can I spend my points on?

Points are exchanged for vouchers: £5 for 500 points, £10 for 1000, £20 for 2000, £50 for 5000, and the £100 VIP voucher for 10000 points.

How do I use a voucher?

Choose a reward on this page. Your voucher code is shown straight away and is kept under Your rewards here. Your reward will apply automatically at checkout, but you can disable it and use it later entering the code manually.

Can I combine a voucher with other discounts?

A loyalty voucher can be combined with shipping discounts only. It cannot be used together with another discount code or offer on the same order.

How does refer a friend work?

Share your personal link. You'll find it on this page under Rewards. Your friend gets 10% off their first order over £20 (up to £35 off), and you receive 1000 points once they have ordered.

How do I get my birthday points?

Add your date of birth under Earn points. We add 500 points to your account on your birthday each year.

Do points and vouchers expire?

Every May 30th, any points you earned more than 12 months ago will expire. A voucher must be used within 6 months of claiming it.

I shop in another currency. Does that change anything?

No. Points and rewards are set in pounds, and the value is converted into your currency at checkout. The amount in brackets shows the approximate value in the currency you are browsing in.

Some points are missing. What should I do?

Check History on this page first, as points from a recent order may still be pending. If something still looks wrong, contact us with your order number and we will look into it. The full programme rules are in the terms and conditions.
