KIYOMASA is a premium Madake Dobari (light tip) shape Shinai, and is made using the finest cuts of Madake bamboo. Unlike a 'Jissengata' type Shinai, KIYOMASA still has a reasonably solid tip, providing durability, as well as a fantastic balance. These premium Shinai are not only beautiful, but are of exceptional quality. Hand shaved from hand-selected cuts of Madake.

Each KIYOMASA Shinai is made from a single bamboo plant, which provides the four slats with the best flexibility and durability.
