Full-Hand Kote Pad

I used to have some problems when they hit my knuckles instead of kote causing me pain, but this has helped me a lot.

Protects better than even thickest Kote, great foam protector.

Super protective! (Make sur you're kote is not too tight before wearing this protective pad. It would put pressure on your joints/injuries.) I needed it for finger joints injuries and it's good! Good pading for the wrist/foreharm part also.

Full Kote Protector I am new to kendo but already had some full-power kote hits misplaced on my knuckles, so I was looking for something to protect my hand in full length. Ordered size L and am pretty happy with it. It has padding in the whole length but it does not restrict my movements.

worth it I really recommend this hand pad. I've been looking for something protective and this is it. My previous handpad was several times thinner so I am glad I bought this one. I highly recommend it!

must buy kote protection alone is not enough. I get hit on hand very often, so this is a must.

Satisfied Great product. Glad I made this purchase. The only caveat is that you will have to significantly increase the size of the kote, otherwise it will be uncomfortable and movement will be constrained.

Great Product I don't know what research/witchcraft went into developing the material for this, but it's amazing! The padding absorbs most of the impact and the thiner area at the wrist ensures mobility while still offering some extra protection.

This is perfect! This is absolutely what I needed to help recover from some bad kote hits. Over the last two weeks, for some reason I've received an unusually higher number of hits to the back of my hand and knuckles. The pain after being hit made me think that I may have actually fractured my index knuckle. After taking a short break to heal, and using this full hand kote, I feel the impacts, but not painful. This is a must have for kote protection! I'm buying a second one!

Protects really well! I'm a beginner and had terrible experience receiving kote hits. After wearing this kote padding, I couldn't even feel the impact of the shinai on my wrists! Really works wonders! 10/10

No more pain for my knuckes. In the last keiko I often received very hard strucks on my left knuckle, so I changed the kote pad with this full hand version. I was concerned that the kote was too tight with this protector, but fits perfectly and is resolutive for my problem.

The ultimate Kote pad! My hands tend to move on the handle of the shinai, hence I often get struck on the left knuckles. Problem solved with this protection pad. It's robust, yet soft on the hand and it fits perfectly. Wonder if I can put it in the washer?

Essential in everyday practice! Some people, mostly beginners use an excess of strength during the execution of kote cut. That makes kote pad really necessary.

Fantastic for drills This is a lifesaver as at my dojo we do drills and some sessions I can receive ~100 kote cuts, I can receive kote with this alone. This is very comfortable and is made of a very comfortable fabric.

Great extra protection It fits very well under my kote and does exactly what it's supposed to. I think which fingers the loop goes around depends on the individual and takes a bit of trial and error. Very fast service again from Andy at Kendostar.
