The KIYOI KEIRYO Hakama is another new innovation, exclusive to KendoStar! This lightweight, yet smart Hakama features our new 'Pleat-Lock+' stitching, which takes the pleat saving features of our pioneering 'Pleat Lock' design, with a new additional feature - keeping the pleats in place at the top of the Hakama, to ensure they fall correctly when the Hakama is worn. 

As KIYOI is dyed with genuine SEIAIZOME indigo dye, it has a beautiful, yet traditional appearance. 

Please note, due to the application genuine 'Aizome', the colour will bleed from this garment. The colour will rub off and/or stain objects, as well as the wearer's body. This is a natural process for an 'Aizome' Kendogi, but care should be when washing - hand washing in cold water (without soap or detergent) is highly recommended.
