"Kendo: Zero to Sandan" is a brand new video series that continues from the popular "Kendo: Zero to Shodan" series. In this series, Kendoka and instructors will be guided through the important study points of the basic levels of Kendo to help them progress from the beginning, towards the rank of Sandan (3rd Dan).
In this first episode, viewers will get an introduction to the series and learn about the Kamae used in the Nihon Kendo Kata. Get ready to sharpen your skills and improve your understanding of Kendo with "Kendo: Zero to Sandan".
