Measuring Guide

(A) Chin tip ➝ crown (front of ears)

Mouth closed; tape fairly tight (not squeezing). Hold position while a helper reads.

(B) Forehead circumference

Measure at the widest point (hat line), above ears and eyebrows.

Have someone assist for best accuracy.

(D) Wrist joint ➝ tip of middle finger

(E) Around knuckles & palm (diagonal)

(F) Palm circumference (closed hand)

Key Specifications

Men futon: extra-wide 10 mm Pitch-zashi with additional inner padding for exceptional cushioning.

Mendare: tighter 5 mm Naname-zashi for shaping and durability.

IBB Mengane with reinforced titanium bars in the strike zone—light yet strong; excellent balance.

Uchiwa uses quick-dry, micro-bacterial felt for better hygiene and odour resistance.

Kote: matching 10 mm Pitch-zashi with extra strike-zone padding; flexible wrist cut; tough synthetic palms.

Do: standard toughened black 50-piece synthetic Do-dai with Kurozan Mune (choice of design).

Tare: soft 10 mm Mae-Obi; panels at 5 mm for crisp shape and longevity.
