Measuring Guide (Men)

(A) Chin tip ➝ crown (front of ears)
Keep mouth closed. Tape fairly tight (not squeezing). Hold position while a helper reads the measurement.
(B) Forehead circumference
Measure at the widest point (hat line), above ears and eyebrows.
(C) Chin bottom ➝ mid-eye
Have someone assist for best accuracy.
