Made from nylon, holds 3 shinai. Features a shoulder strap, making the shinai bag easy to carry. Also zips all along one side, making it easy to open. Furthermore, you will be able to carry your bokken as well through straps holding it on the outside of the bag.
+ The outer and inner material look and feel more heavy duty than my previous nylon bag, which I also purchased from KS but years ago.
+ The outer straps for the Bokuto and Kodachi are very handy.

The product description claiming it can hold 3 size 39 Shinais is quite a stretch. Literally.
While it is possible, you cant put carry any Bokuto outside anymore and the zipper is doing overtime.
This Nylon bag is really well made despite it shortcomings, but in hindsight I would have bought the Kenpro bag if it wasnt sold out.
Because it can actually hold 3 Shinais and additional accesories like a Shinai Shaver.

This is a very solidly constructed bag, which is just stiff enough to support its own weight (which was exactly what I was hoping for), unlike some other Shinai bags, which collapse, if not filled to its maximum length capacity, such as carrying a Bokken, instead of a shinai.
I bought this bag mainly to carry Bokkens and other shorter wooden weapons, such as a Hanbo.
It was a little wider than I expected, but this proved to be better for me, as I am now able to carry Bokken (at least two) with their Tsuba already fitted, as well as a Hanbo, all inside the bag, without being too wide.
It was also vital for me, that it has a handle, as well as a shoulder strap, which this does.
It's almost exactly what I was looking for, but with extra things that I wasn't.
A very well designed and built bag, which turns out to be the perfect solution for my needs.

Shinai bag
Shinai bag is well-made and looks solid.I ordered it in one set with kendogi,hakama,shinai and boken. I recommend purchasing boken because it is at a good price. If there is someone who needs to transport 1 shinai and 1 boken (together with tsuba) you can place them in the bag with no problem. There is enough space for them. Up until that moment, I had used common material case and there was a problem with putting shinai and boken together. I am very satisfied with the case. I recommend it to you.

Love this shinai bag! It's not apparent in the pictures, but it also comes with a shoulder strap, which is convenient for a commuting kendoka like me who needs to bring a ton of stuff to the dojo.
