Hi Andy,
very nice video! I like your clear and direct explainations in your vids.
me and my dojo friends have been hard worked on this topic as we’re going for yondan. Espacily that you musn’t have to wait for the attack and the movement of the right foot were the top key things we have find out.
I hope that many kenshi who are in the same situation for yondan exam, watch your video to debana waza!
