In this video 4 men compete for 3 continuous hours, and 1 woman for 2 hours, against all opponents, in an epic battle of endurance and willpower. The video is also preceded by a demonstration of Ono ha Itto Ryu Kenjutsu:

No disrespect but what on earth does this prove, do you come out a better person than the one that started it……????
